POLICE Federation chairman Terry Spence yesterday called for 1,000 more officers to be recruited to the PSNI.

The former riot squad officer was responding to the mass violence that erupted on Sunday night during nationalist protest against Twelfth celebrations oil painting .
Mr Spence said: "We need 1,000 more UGG Sale men and women UGG Sale on the front line. We're on our own here. We no longer have the 12,500-strong police force, nor do we have the 13,000 soldiers we once had as back- up.
"We are on our own and we must UGG Sale handle that with strength in numbers and the professionalism and experience needed to face down the people who are trying to ruin this country.
